THE Fabricator’s Fabricator
Capabilities
The high/low volume partner that fabricators, OEM manufacturers, installers, and construction teams depend upon.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is one of the fastest and most efficient methods for producing precision flat patterns. Using advanced optics and CNC controls, our systems can nest and cut multiple parts from a single sheet with exceptional accuracy—ideal for both rapid prototyping and high-volume production.
At LCNW, we run multiple fully automated laser cutting systems capable of operating 24/7. This continuous workflow allows us to maintain short lead times while meeting the demands of large-scale production. Integrated automation and real-time scheduling keep your assembly line moving.
With automated loading and unloading, we hold tight tolerances and process high volumes with ease.

Milling & Machining
Generally used for very tight tolerances, or the removal of only some of the material on a surface, CNC Milling allow for quick, precise manipulation of parts. With automated tool changing, multiple call-outs for difference processes can be programmed into the controller, without having to manually change tooling, such as going from drilling to tapping in a matter of seconds. This saves both time and money, and is especially helpful when there are a lot of different call-outs.

Forming
Capable of putting an enormous amount of pressure on a part to create bends, forming is an inexpensive way of putting an angle on a part for fitment or other purposes.
We offer over 14 feet of bending capacity, forming everything from light sheet metal to heavy plate with precision and consistency. Backed by deep experience in both simple and complex geometries, our team delivers reliable results across sheet, plate, and structural materials.
Welding
From prototype to production, small parts to large assemblies, LCNW brings deep expertise across a wide range of weld types—including MIG, TIG, and laser welding. We operate a dedicated welding and structural fabrication building on our campus, staffed by skilled welders and operators qualified to AWS standards.
Our capabilities include multiple robotic weld cells—including a 62-foot system—delivering precise, repeatable welds and fast turnarounds for OEM production, high-volume runs, and critical structural assemblies. LCNW is an LA City Approved Fabricator, with all work performed to the highest industry standards.
Finishing & Assembly
With access to multiple vendors, with different capabilities, we are able to source almost any kind of finish that your project may require. From powder coating to wet paint, anodizing to heat treating, let us help you source your finishing needs. We work closely with our vendors to ensure quality and low lead-times. Have an assembly you need put together but do not have the space or capability? Let us help you with your project. We take on projects from small lighting components, to large equipment housing, we want your challenge to be our accomplishment. Let us become your business partner, not just another supplier.
